| How To Order |
How To Order
Simply add items to your shopping cart as you would any other online shopping website. Once you are happy with the order, click the Send Order button. You will then be given the option of paying online via our secure site or over the phone (We will call you). Once your order has been sent you will receive an email confirming your order. If you have chosen to pay via phone we will ring you between the hours of 9am and 5pm to take payment. If you have chosen to pay online your order will be shipped within 3 working days.
Back Order
We dont put items on back order unless you the customer ask us too, if we don't have what you require we will let you know.
Why do we do it this way?
The reason we do this is so that you, the customer, will know exactly when your goods can be expected to arrive. Once we receive your order, we will check our stock and confirm that we have the items you have requested. If we are currently out of a certain item, we will contact our suppliers to ensure that when we contact you, we can give you an approximate time it will take to acquire your items.
Postage
Small/light items are sent via recorded delivery and are charged at cost. Larger items and anything over 5kg are sent via next day courier to a maxium charge of £7.50
